Talk to the people building LStack.

Questions, problems, ideas, and security reports all reach the team. Choose what you need help with, and the form asks only for what’s relevant.

LStack runs on your machine, so we see only what you choose to send us.

What that means for support
  • We can’t open or inspect your installation. Your projects, tickets, runtimes, source code, and local activity aren’t sent to us automatically.
  • Ticket numbers exist only on your machine, so we can’t look one up. Describe what you see, and include the exact error text or a redacted screenshot if it helps.
  • Cloud and API model providers you configure are separate services. They receive whatever your workers send them, under their own terms.
  • What you send through this form is covered by the Privacy Policy.

What can we help with?

Tell us what’s going on

Leave out passwords, API keys, access tokens, credentials, private keys, and source code we don’t need.

Where should we reply?
